Communities and schools are assisted with the establishment of food gardens and school kitchens in order to enhance the nutrition of young children at school. In doing so the project also aims to exposes children to the necessary skills in sustainable food production.
Production managers assists by leveling areas where the schools want to start gardens, help to install and maintain water systems, assist to secure gardens with fencing and share farming expertise with pupils.
School kitchens are established by obtaining shipping containers and transporting them to the areas where they are needed. Once there, the containers are modified into kitchens or classrooms.
