Apples

The Karsten Group’s apple crop is produced at Hoogland, near Ceres in the Western Cape region. The apple range starts with the Panorama Golden variety and concludes in the late harvesting season with the Sundowner.

Hoogland lies at a high altitude in the Swaarmoed region of Ceres where the climate of cold winters and hot summers is ideal for apple production, allowing The Karsten Group to harvest fruit of exceptional quality.

The apple range includes the most popular red, blushed, green and dark green varieties.
